PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 24, 2008.

Everyone who is pre-registered will be entered for a chance to win a 3 day/2 night trip to your choice of 22 destinations.

On-site Registration:
The prices are the same as pre-registration. You can purchase event merchandise while supplies last. The selection will be very limited.

Hours of Registration:
Thursday - 10:00am-6:00pm
Friday - 9:00am-6:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am-12:00pm

* A confirmation document for pre-registration H.O.G. member and guest will be sent after July 24th, 2008.

* No Refunds & No Substitutions on event merchandise will be made.

* Packages not picked up by noon on Saturday will be broken down. Individual items from the packages will be sold or given away as door prizes.

* No packages will be mailed - if an individual cannot attend and pick their package, another attendee can pick the packet up with the confirmation letter from absent attendee.

* Please find the “Release form” at the bottom of your screen. Please print, sign, and include it with your pre-registration form.
